1. Who we are
Cander, Inc. ("Cander," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Cander review platform available at canderhq.com and through the Cander mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). The Service helps consumers find and share candid reviews, testimonials, and case studies about businesses they've worked with. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information.

- Device and usage data. IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Preferences page for details.
3. How we use your information

4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Publicly. Reviews, testimonials, case studies, ratings, and your display name and photo are public by design.
- With service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, analytics, email delivery, fraud prevention), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect Cander, our users, or the public.

5. Your choices and rights
You can review and update your account information at any time. You may also request to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information by emailing privacy@canderhq.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar laws — including the right to object to processing, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and to opt out of certain sharing.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Published reviews may remain visible after account deletion to preserve the integrity of the public record, but personal identifiers can be removed on request.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from the Service.
8. Children's privacy
